Cover each wing thoroughly with the starch of your choosing. 2. Remove excess starch from each wing. Let it rest for 20 min (work on the sauce here!) 3. Heat vegetable oil on medium-high heat to fry each wing until golden brown. 4. Remove excess oil by placing it onto a paper towel. ### Sauce 1. In a medium pan on medium-high heat, saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute. 2. Add chili peppers and minced ginger and stir for 1 min (watch for burning!) 3. When the ginger is fully cooked, turn off heat and mix in soy sauce and honey. 4. Mix in brown sugar (or more if you prefer sweeter). 5. Mix in your hella amount of white pepper, to taste. 6. Increase heat to medium and allow to boil for 1-2 min until sauce thickens to preferred consistency. Turn off heat. ### Dish 1. When ready to serve, turn heat on the sauce to medium. 2. Combine the chicken and the sauce and toss in the pan. Avoid overcrowding.
