I know this is a really shitty photo to have, but it's an old Snapchat story of the first time I made this recipe in 2020 with my really great friend Willy and it's the most aesthetic photo I have of this tiramisu.
## Overview
* Ready in 60 minutes + overnight
* Serves 8-10 people (9 slices)

* Protein: 4.4g
* Fat: 5.6g
* Carbs: 24.3g
## Ingredients
### Cake
* 1 egg beaten
* ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120 g)
* 1 tbsp any neutral oil, I use avocado (14 g)
* ÂĽ cup granulated sugar (48 g)
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour or all purpose (120 g)
* ½ tsp baking soda
* ½ tsp baking powder
* ÂĽ tsp salt
### Soaking liquid
* 1 cup hot water
* 1 tbsp or more instant coffee
### Cream
* 4 oz regular / lowfat cream cheese\* in room temperature (112 g)
* ÂĽ cup greek yogurt, I use 2% but all kinds should work (56 g)
* 2-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (30-60 g)
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* â…” cup powdered sugar (60 g)
## Preparation
### Dish
1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line an 8Ă—8 baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Blend egg, milk, vanilla, sugar, oil together. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold the two until no big clumps of flour remain.
3. Pour into the baking pan and bake for 20 minutes until the cake is fully baked. It won’t have much color and will be like a light yellow.
4. While the cake is cooling:
* Prepare the coffee liquid in a separate bowl.
* Prepare the cream in a separate bowl by beating the softened cream cheese, beating in the yogurt, beating in the milk (use enough milk to make it pourable but not TOO liquidy, I used 4 tbsp but this quantity will depend on how wet your yogurt is), and finally vanilla and sugar until smooth.
5. When the cake has cooled, slice horizontally in two layers. You can chop it more square here too to have a cleaner, more square cake.
6. Place the first layer down, wet with the coffee liquid, just enough to moisten the cake. Layer with half the cream.
7. Repeat step 6 with the second layer.
8. Dust with cocoa and shaved chocolate if you prefer. Or coffee powder if ur a caffeine masochist.
9. Let the cake sit in the fridge for a few hours at least, ideally overnight. Slice and enjoy\!
